This is about outdoor living and tending a real fire. The customer likes standing at the flame, knows what pellets and firewood do, and appreciates that a NoSmoky also takes a grill grate. That is exactly what this shop trades on: grill first, then stay around the fire.

Fire belongs to camping; smoke on a small pitch does not. The S weighs about a kilo and travels in a camper or caravan, while the M is the fire for the pitch itself. Portability and low smoke are the arguments here.
