Registered businesses that resell the product or buy it for a gifting programme: garden centres, stove and barbecue specialists, outdoor living retailers, online retailers and gifting agencies. We verify the company registration and VAT number before sending net pricing.

Two reasons. It confirms you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer on trade terms, and within the EU it lets us invoice with VAT reverse charged instead of adding Dutch VAT. We check the number against the European Commission’s VIES register; outside the EU we verify your registration document manually.

The first order starts at €1,500 net, mixed across sizes and accessories as you like. Repeat orders have lower minimums, set out in the price list. For gifting programmes we work from 25 units per model.

Stocked lines dispatch within 24 hours on working days from our warehouse in Hengelo. Pallet delivery in the Benelux and Germany is typically two to three working days, elsewhere in the EU three to six.

No, and we never print that. The claim on every carton is ‘up to 90% less smoke’, in English, Dutch and German. Secondary combustion burns most of the gases that would otherwise leave as smoke, but lighting always produces some and strong wind reduces the effect. Dealers who use the printed wording get better reviews and fewer returns.

12 months against material and manufacturing defects. You handle the first line with your customer and we reimburse through our trade claim procedure. Ash trays, stands and circulation rings are stocked as spare parts, so most cases are a part rather than a replacement.

Resale within the EEA is free. Third-party marketplaces and cross-border online distribution need a separate written agreement, so that dealers who invest in the brand are not undercut on the same listing.
